探析双镜辅助下行胃间质瘤切除术的手术配合

Analysis of the Operation Coordination of Double Mirror Assisted Resection of Gastric Stromal Tumor

目的对腹腔镜联合消化内镜下行胃间质瘤切除术,及护理配合的效果进行分析。方法选取医院于2011年6月至2014年6月收治的40例胃间质瘤患者,所有患者均采取腹腔镜联合消化内镜下行胃间质瘤切除术进行治疗,术中配合相关的护理措施,对40例患者术中护理配合疗效进行分析。结果 40例行胃间质瘤切除术患者经双镜辅助配合相关的手术护理手段,所有患者均手术成功,手术时间为40~125 min,术中出血量为20~80 m L,术后患者肿瘤直径测量为0.7~5.0cm。且患者术后一天即可下床活动,术后随访,所有患者均无复发和转移,无并发症的发生。结论胃间质瘤患者在行切除手术的过程中,采取腹腔镜联合消化内镜的方式进行治疗,同时配合充分的手术护理方案,不仅能够减少患者术中的创伤,还能有效的加快患者术后的恢复程度,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To laparoscopic combined digestive endoscopy downward gastric stromal tumor resection,and the effect of nursing cooperation is analyzed. Methods Select hospital from June 2011 to June 2014,40 cases of gastric stromal tumor patients,all patients were taken of laparoscopic combined digestive endoscopy downward gastric stromal tumor resection treatment,intraoperative cooperate with relevant nursing measures,intraoperative nursing of 40 patients with curative effect is analyzed. Results 40 patients underwent gastric stromal tumor resection by double auxiliary lens with related means of surgery nursing,all patients were successful operation,operation time is 40 ~ 125 min,intraoperative blood loss of 20 ~ 80 m L,postoperative patients with tumor diameter measuring 0. 7 ~ 5. 0 cm. And patients with postoperative day can ambulation,postoperative follow- up,all patients had no recurrence and metastasis,and no complications. Conclusion For patients with gastric stromal tumor during surgery to remove the line,adopt the method of laparoscopic combined digestive endoscopic treatment,cooperate fully operative nursing at the same time,not only can reduce the trauma in patients,also can effectively accelerate the recovery of patients with postoperative degree,has the important value of clinical application.
