摘要 利用线性磨损试验方法,对冷拉铜接触导线和铁基烧结合金滑板之间磨损模式分类和转变条件进行了研究。结果发现,从接触电压估算出的接触温度取决于电流和接触载荷。因此,根据最高接触温度,可把集电材料在电流条件下的磨损模式分为3类。 With the linear wear test method,the classification of wear mode and transition conditions between hard drawn copper contact wire and the iron-based sintered alloy contact strips are researched.The result shows that the contact temperature estimated from the contact voltage depends on electric current and contact load.Therefore,the wear mode of current collection materials under the electric current conditions can be classified into three types depending on the maximum contact temperature.
