摘要
燃煤电厂烟气系统中结垢现象普遍存在,脱硫吸收塔更易发生结垢,虽然有较多文献认为结垢是因为石膏和烟气中的粉煤灰混杂一起造成的,但通过对垢样成分和外观进行分析,认为垢样并非石膏和粉煤灰简单混杂,而是粉煤灰在复杂环境下发生了水化反应形成了石膏/石灰石-粉煤灰胶凝体。这种硬质结垢对脱硫系统安全运行带来危害,提出了有针对性的运行维护建议。
Scale deposit of limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system exists generally, although the literatures thought scale deposit results from gypsum and fly ash mixed together, Through the analysis of the composition and appearance of the sample, it is not a simple mixed about gypsum and fly ash, but fly ash is activated by activator in a complex environent to form the gypsum- fly ash cements. This scale deposit is hazardous to safe operation of the desulfurization system, so make recommendations for operation and maintenance.
