复合余热回收利用技术在热电厂的应用及热经济性分析 被引量:2

Application and Economy Analysis of Complex Waste Heat Recovery Technology at TPP

摘要 针对某230 MW等级热电厂,设计并实施复合回收利用余热用于市政供热的技术路线,即梯级回收锅炉烟气余热和汽轮机循环水余热来加热城市集中供热热网回水电厂,详细分析了本复合余热回收系统的应用方案及其热经济性。结果表明,该余热回收系统可大幅降低机组发电煤耗率,提升机组能源利用率,实施后#1机组发电煤耗率从252.2 g/k Wh下降到200.2 g/k Wh,下降了52 g/k Wh;能源利用率从71.38%提高到83.58%,提高了12.2%。同时,全厂的供热安全系数从72%大幅提高到95%,电厂可进一步新增供热面积。 A complex waste heat recovery system that applied in a 230 MW thermal power plant is introduced and its economy is analyzed. The system recovers flue gas waste heat and turbine exhaust heat to heat urban district heating backwater. The results show the complex waste heat recovery system can significantly reduce gross coal consumption rate and promote energy efficiency. The gross coal consumption rate of No.1 power unit dropped from 252.2g/k Wh to 200.2g/k Wh, reduced by 52g/k Wh. Meanwhile, the energy efficiency promoted from 71.38% to 83.58%, grown by 12.2%.The heating safety coefficient of the total plant also significantly raised from 72% to 95%, which means the plant can increase the size of heating area further.
