摘要
针对某燃煤火电机组存在制粉系统单耗偏高、运行磨煤机冒粉等问题,分别进行磨煤机空载钢球装载量、分离器挡板调节特性、通风特性、出力特性等性能试验。对磨煤机运行性能及运行方式进行优化,降低了制粉系统损耗,同时提出必要的制粉系统改造方案,挖掘技改节能潜力。
Coal fired thermal power unit pulverizing system existed the problem of high consumption and running mill pulverized coal leaking, carry out steel ball loading with ball mill empty load, separator baffle properties, ventilation characteristics, output characteristics test. Optimize ball mill operation performance and operation mode, reduces the loss of pulverizing system, and puts forward the necessary transformation scheme of pulverizing system, explore the energy-saving potential.
