摘要
为了解甘肃部分农村窖水卫生状况,本调查采集了来自会宁县、甘谷县和陇西县内7个不同乡镇的窖水,用平板稀释法和发酵法对采集的窖水水样进行了细菌总数和总大肠菌群数的测定,并观察从窖水中分离出的菌落、菌体形态,分析窖水中微生物的种类及优势菌。分析结果显示:7个乡镇窖水的细菌总数均超标严重,其中少数乡镇窖水的大肠菌群被个位数检出,从窖水中分离出来的微生物种类包括各种杆菌、芽孢杆菌和葡萄球菌以及耐氧厌氧菌和霉菌,说明这种饮用水存在卫生安全隐患,要加强净化和消毒。水窖集雨水的方式导致环境对窖水的水质起着决定性作用,饮用者要有保护窖水卫生的意识,尽量减少窖水的污染。
In order to understand the health status of countryside cellar water in Gansu province,the survey collected the cellar water that from seven different villages and towns,including Huining,Gangu and Longxi County. The total number of bacteria and total coliform groups of the cellar water samples were obtained by plate dilution method and fermentation method,the colony and mycelia morphology isolated from the cellar water were observed,and also species and dominant bacteria in the cellar of microorganisms in water were analyzed. The results show that total bacterial count of seven township cellar water exceeded the standard seriously,among the seven villages,coliform bacteria was digitally detected in a few of ones. The microorganisms isolated from the cellar water including various rod bacteria,bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus and resistance anaerobic bacteria and mold,indicating that there existed the health and safety risks as drinking water,it is necessary to strengthen the purification and disinfection measures. The way of using cellar to collect rainwater lead to the environment plays a decisive role to the cellar water quality,so users need to have consciousness to protect health of cellar water,avoiding pollution of the cellar water.
