摘要
以河南省为例,利用投入产出法对1997-2010年的居民消费碳排放情况进行了研究,结果表明:就直接能源消费碳排放而言,全省居民人均碳排放水平呈逐年递增趋势;城镇居民人均碳排放水平要稍高于农村,但前者较为稳定,后者增长趋势明显。就间接能源消费碳排放而言,居民消费人均间接碳排放要远高于直接碳排放,增长趋势亦如此,其中电力热力和水的生产供应业、其它行业、机械电子设备制造业和采掘业四个部门的人均碳排放增长较快;城镇居民人均碳排放水平要远高于农村,增长趋势稍高于农村。研究认为,为减少居民消费碳排放,应优化能源供应结构,倡导低碳消费生活。
Carbon emissions of resident's consumption in Henan Provinc from 1997 to 2010 were analyzed based on input- output model. The results showed as follows. As regard to the direct energy consumption,carbon emission per capita exhibited an increasing trend during the period. Relatively,the level of urban residents was slightly higher than the countryside. However,the growth of rural resident's contribution was noticeable in spite of the stability of urban resident's contribution. As for the indirect energy consumption,carbon emission per capita was far over that of the direct. So did the growth. In which four industries including electricity thermal and,water production and supply,other industries,mechanical and electronic equipments manufacturing,and mining played very important roles. In 2010,indirect carbon emission per capita was greatly more in cities than in countryside,but it increased slightly. Without doubt,it should be strengthened for the decline of the unpleasant emissions to optimize the structure of energy supply and to call for low- carbon spending patterns.
