摘要
利用聚丙烯(PP)降温母粒对乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)的熔融流动性进行了改性.测定了不同母粒添加量下EVOH的熔融指数,并通过可纺性试验确定PP降温母粒的最佳添加质量分数为10%.以此比例将PP降温母粒混入EVOH并进行挤出造粒,利用毛细管流变仪对改性EVOH的流动性能进行了表征.、结果表明:在相同的加工温度区间内,改性EVOH流动性能与PA6相当匹配,可顺利进行皮芯复合纤维的纺制.EVOH-PA6皮芯复合纤维的综合力学性能较好,吸湿率为2%~3%,酸性染料及活性染料均可成功染色,其中活性染料所染布样色泽光亮,色差较小.
The melting fluidity of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) was promoted by adding polypropylene heat degradation masterbatch (PPMB). The melting flow index of EVOH mixed with different contents of PPMB were tested, and the best proportion of PPMB was determined to be 10% under which the modified EVOH showed a relatively good spinnability. Then EVOH and 10% of PPMB were co-extruded into pellets, and the rheological property of the modified EVOH was investigated. It had been found that under the com- mon processing temperature, the rheological characteristics of modified EVOH matched well with polycapro- lactam (PA6) thus the EVOH-PA6 sheath-core composite fiber could be prepared successfully. The compos- ite fiber possessed good comprehensive mechanical property and moisture absorption rate of 2% to 3%, it could also be dyed by both acid and reactive dyes to achieve a good color effect, particularly the latter.
