火针疗法的临床应用研究进展

近年来,随着火针在临床中的广泛应用,火针疗法已成为医学界研究的热点。除其传统治疗功效的认识外,现代医学对火针作用机制的研究也有进一步发展。目前研究已初步证实火针具有抗炎、镇痛、免疫调节、神经保护和修复、促进血管再生及血液循环等多种作用,这一研究使得火针的临床应用已突破古代文献的记载,扩展至各科疾病,同时也为火针治疗疾病提供科学依据。综述近年来火针在内科、外科、皮肤科、骨科和妇科的临床运用,进一步说明火针治疗疾病的临床疗效,以期使火针疗法在临床上得到更好的发展与推广。

In recent years,with the wide application of fire needle in clinical practice, fire needle therapy has become a hot spot in medical science.In addition to the understanding of its traditional therapeutic efficacy, the modern medicine have also further discovery for its mechanism of curative effects.The present study has already confirmed preliminary that fire needle has a variety of curative effects, such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immune regulation, protection and restoration of nerves, promoting angiogenesis and the circulation of the blood, etc.This research makes the clinical application of fire needle has break through the records of ancient literature, extending to various diseases. At the same time it also provides scientific basis for fire needle treatment of diseases. This paper reviewed the resent basic research of fire needle in history,the improvement of fire needle,mechanism of action,and the clinical application in internal medicine,surgery,dermatology,orthopaedics,and gynecology, which further explain the clinical curative effect of the treatment with fire needle.These will help to get better development and promotion of fire needle therapy in clinic.
