摘要
根据医药生产线的需要,文章进行了基于机器视觉的大输液灯检机的总体设计。系统融合了机器视觉技术、图像处理技术、运动控制技术、机械设计技术等技术。针对大输液中目标异物特点,分析了异物成像特征,设计了机械系统,提出了成像光源系统,规划了的运动控制系统,开发了图像处理系统,最终研发了基于机器视觉的大输液灯检机的样机。
According to the requirements of pharmaceutical production line,this article introduces that the whole design of The Infusion Light inspection Machine Based on Machine Vision .System integrates Machine Vision, Image Processing, motion control and Mechanical Design Technology etc.Mainly aimed at the characteristics of target foreign body in LVP ,the futures of foreign body imaging is analyzed,the mechanical system is designed, the imaging light source system is proposed,the motion control system is planned,the image Processing System is developed,finally, the prototype is designed.
