摘要
基于一体化透平机械设计平台Ax STREAM完成对某型商用R级动叶可调轴流风机的后导叶匹配设计;并对比分析了设计后R+S级和设计前R级风机的性能。结果表明,对R级动叶可调轴流风机匹配后导叶,能够部分地利用叶轮出口旋绕动能,提高通风机的压力,使得通风机效率也相应地得到提高。此外,为轴流风机的气动设计计算提供了快捷高效的数值方法。
The matching design of back vanes for R stage rotor blade adjustable axial fans based on the integration of turbo machinery design platform Ax STREAM was completed.Additionally, a comparison and analysis of fan performance between the new model(R+S stage) and initial model(R stage) was conducted. The results showed that matching back vanes can utilize some of the kinetic energy generated by the impeller outlet to increase fan pressure which improves,fan efficiency accordingly. What's more, a fast and efficient numerical method for aerodynamic design was provided for axial fans.
