关于机辅测试一级复审和一级临界抽查复审的思考

An Investigation into the Problems of “Level One”Reviews and “Approaching Level One”Random Check of Computer-Assisted Putonghua Proficiency Test

本文以某一批次计算机辅助普通话水平测试(以下简称机辅测试)工作量为例,就一级复审和一级临界抽查复审前后数据进行对比分析,指出机辅测试复审工作的必要性和重要性。数据分析显示,要提高机辅测试的信度和效度,必须尽快制定出台各省(区、市)机辅测试实施细则,要加强对测试员的培训考核和复审监督,建议建立三审终评制度,建立测试员交流平台,不断改进和完善机辅测试评测系统,确保机辅测试事业的健康发展。

Based on the results of a certain computer-assisted Putonghua proficiency test, the paper compares the data before and after reviews of ＂Level One＂ and selective reviews of ＂Approaching Level One＂, and points out the necessity and importance of reviews in computer-assisted tests. Data analysis shows that in order to improve the reliability and validity of computer-assisted tests, rules of the provincial and district tests should be made against time and the training system and supervision for examiners be enhanced as well. Meanwhile, it is suggested that systems of the third check for final rating should be established, the exchanging terrace for examiners should be set up, and computer-assisted testing systems should be improved to ensure healthy development of computer-assisted tests.
