摘要
首先对罐身轴向承载能力进行试验分析,比较不同壁厚下的轴向承载能力,结果表明,壁厚越大,轴向承载能力越强,但整个数据离散性较大,且壁厚越小波动越大;然后对变薄拉伸后的实体单元模型罐进行抽壳处理,形成较为可靠的壳单元模型罐,建立钢质两片易拉罐轴向承载能力数值仿真模型,分析不同罐身壁厚情况下的轴向承载能力,并与经验公式、试验数据进行对比分析,建立了钢质两片易拉罐轴向承载能力与罐身壁厚的关系,为后续分析及两片罐减薄减重提供参考。
The axial loading capacity of the two-piece steel cans with different wall thickness is researched,which shows that it seems like that a higher axial load with a thicker wall. However,the experiment data are inaccuracy,especially when the wall thickness is decreased. A numerical simulation model was built by a reliable can part,shelled from a can with solid elements which were drew and ironed by computer simulation. The effect of wall thickness on axial load was investigated by simulation model and the results were contrastive analysised with empirical formula and experiment. The research provides a guidance for can's wall thinning.
