Flexible resolution to the switch signal of the generator in the new added FCB function

基于外部电网故障应对、煤气管网安全及煤气平衡问题,结合发电机组实际运行工况,经过探索、研究及试验,通过对西门子原设计功能的消化和研究,对逻辑模块中的发电机出口开关信号进行了合理的变通处理,从而实现在某大型全燃烧高炉煤气的发电机组新增FCB带厂用电运行功能,有力地保障了发电机组的安全稳定运行。

Based on external power grid fault handling,gas pipe network security and gas balance problems,combined with practical generators operating conditions,through exploration,research and experiment,through digestion and study of Siemens original designed function,the generator outlet switch signal in logic modules was reasonably alternatively processed so as to realize the new function of using auxiliary power when the unit equipments were in the FCB operating condition,which effectively guarantee the safe and stable operation of generating units.
