The paper introduced the current situation of domestic economy and retail market at the background of New Normal Period. It puts forward that to stimulate consumption by realizing the transformaion and upgrade of bricks-and-mortar stores, exploiting consumptive potential of middle and upper-income groups, implementing supply-side reform, and improving consumer confidence.
