摘要
实体店门可罗雀、无奈闭店的现状在我国频频出现,多将其原因归咎于淘宝、京东等线上零售企业或日电商的冲击。反观日本的实体店,在与线上零售企业的对抗中未见颓势,依然深受消费者的喜爱。成熟的门店网络体系、人性化的服务、线上与线下的结合等都构成了日本的实体店实现可持续性发展的原因。
The competition from e-retailers like JD.com and Alibaba is regarded to cause the existentia crisis of bricks-and- mortar stores. However, in Japan the bricks-and-mortar stores are not threantened by online retailers that thanks to the mature network system, customized service, and combination of online and offtine.
