天麦消渴片联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的疗效观察

目的:探讨联合天麦消渴片及盐酸二甲双胍在存在胰岛素抵抗的新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)治疗中的应用效果,并分析其对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:以100例存在胰岛素抵抗的新诊断T2DM患者作为观察对象,以随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受单纯二甲双胍治疗,治疗组接受联合天麦消渴片及盐酸二甲双胍治疗。结果:两组治疗前FPG、2hBG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR及HOMA-β比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),而接受治疗3个月时,两组FPG、2hBG、HbA1c及HOMA-IR均明显降低,HOMA-β明显升高(P<0.05),但治疗组FPG、2hBG、HbA1c及HOMA-IR明显低于对照组,HOMA-β明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时在接受治疗3个月时,治疗组FPG达标率、2hBG达标率及总达标率均明显高于对照组,治疗不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合天麦消渴片及盐酸二甲双胍可在有效提高降糖治疗效果的同时,有效的改善患者胰岛素抵抗情况及不良反应发生情况。

Objective：To study the the curative effect of Tianmai Xiaoke tablets combine Metformin therapy in newly diagnosed type 2diabetes patients with insulin resistance.Methods：100cases of newly diagnosed type 2diabetes patients with insulin resistance were as research object.With random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Control group received metformin therapy,observation group received Tianmai Xiaoke tablets combine Metformin therapy.Results：There was no statistically significant difference of FPG,2HBG,HbA1 c,HOMA IR,and HOMA-beta of the two groups before treatment.And after 3-month treatment,the FPG,2HBG,HbA1 cand HOMA IR of observation group was significantly lower than control group,HOMA-beta was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.At the same time with in 3-month of treatment,the 2 HBG FPG success rate,success rate and total success rate of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,treatment of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tianmai Xiaoke tablets combine metformin therapy can be effectively improve the effect of hypoglycemic therapy at the same time,effective improvement in patients with insulin resistance and adverse reactions occur.
