益气养阴方配合RAS阻断剂治疗儿童慢性肾病的疗效及安全性评价

Yiqi Yangyin decoction with RAS blocking effect and safety evaluation of agents in the treatment of children with chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨益气养阴方配合RAS阻断剂治疗儿童慢性肾病的疗效及安全性评价,旨在能够为临床诊断治疗提供一定的指导意义。方法:82例慢性肾病患儿根据随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组各41例。两组均给予常规激素治疗,对照组给予卡托普利联合氯沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴方治疗。两组疗程均为24周。对比分析两组治疗疗效、24h尿蛋白水平、Scr和BUN水平及治疗期间药物副作用发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(75.61%)(P<0.05);两组患儿24h尿蛋白水平治疗后较治疗前减少(P<0.05);治疗组24h尿蛋白水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿Scr和BUN平治疗后较治疗前减少(P<0.05);治疗组Scr和BUN水平治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿不良反应发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(19.51%)(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方配合RAS阻断剂治疗儿童慢性肾病疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with RAS blocking effect and safety evaluation of agents in the treatment of children with chronic kidney disease,the aim is to provide some guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：82cases of chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into treatment group（n=41）and control group（n=41）.Two groups were given conventional hormone therapy,combination of captopril and losartan treatment was given to the patients in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin decoction in the treatment group based on the control.Two groups of treatment for 24 weeks.The two groups were compared with the treatment effect,24 hurine protein level,Scr and BUN level and the side effect of the drug.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group（95.12%）was higher than that in the control group（75.61%）（P〈0.05）;the 24 hurinary protein level in the two groups was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the 24 hlevel in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the Scr and BUN levels in the two groups were lower than those in the control group（BUN）,and the adverse reaction rate（2.44%）was lower than that in the control group（19.51%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi Yangyin recipe with RAS blocking agents in the treatment of children with chronic nephropathy curative effect is remarkable,safe and reliable,worthy of further clinical research.
