远端取穴配合推拿治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效观察

Distal acupoints with Tui Na for treatment of humeral epicondylitis

目的:观察探讨远端取穴配合推拿治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的肱骨外上髁炎的患者78例,按照随机数字表抽取的方法分成治疗组与对照组,各为39例,治疗组采取远端取穴配合推拿治疗,对照组常规采取封闭疗法治疗,观察对比两组治疗前后活动度、疼痛、运动功能及随访复发情况。结果:两组患者治疗后1周的患侧前臂旋前角度、患侧肘关节屈曲角度与治疗前比较均有明显改善,但治疗组改善幅度更为显著,P<0.05;两组患者治疗后1周、6个月、12个月的MEPS评分、GSI指数、VAS评分与治疗前比较均有明显改善,P<0.05,但组间治疗后1周、6个月时间点比较差异不显著,P>0.05,在12个月时间点上比较有明显差异,P<0.05。两组患者随访12个月内复发率比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:远端取穴配合推拿治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效显著,不仅可以尽早纠正患侧前臂旋转状态,缓解疼痛,还能有助预防和减少远期复发。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of distal acupoints with Tui na for treatment of humeral epicondylitis.Methods：Selection our hospital admitted external humeral epicondylitis were 78 cases,according to the random number table extraction method divided into treatment group and control group,each for 39 cases,the treatment group used the treatment of distal acupoints combined with Tui na,and the control group was routinely used block therapy treatment,the activity,pain,motor function and the recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results：Two groups of patients after treatment one week after the side of the side of forearm rotation angle,ipsilateral elbow flexion angle and treatment before comparison were significantly improved,but the treatment group improved significantly,P〈0.05;two groups of patients after treatment one week,6 months,12 months,GSI index,VAS score and treatment before treatment were significantly improved,P〈0.05 months after treatment,P〈0.05,in 12 months time points compared with obvious difference,P〈0.05.The recurrence rate of the two groups were significantly different,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Distal acupoints with clinical efficacy of Tui na therapy humerusepicondylitis significantly,not only can be corrected as early as possible from forearm rotation state,pain relief,still can have to help prevent and reduce the recurrence.
