摘要
采用梁格法建立1-20m装配式空心板桥有限元计算模型,分析了支座脱空对横向由多片空心板组成的简支空心板梁桥力学性能的影响,总结了考虑支座脱空后空心板桥各支座反力以及各片单板、铰缝的内力变化情况。计算结果表明:单支座脱空对相邻支座受力影响最大,对单板、铰缝受力影响区域主要集中在脱空支座附近。对出现支座脱空的问题,从设计、施工控制、运营管理等方面提出了相关处理措施的建议。
This paper presents the finite element calculation model for the 1-20 m pretensioning prestressed concrete hollow slab bridge based on the Grillage method, analyzes the influence on the mechanical performance of bearing disengaging of simply supported slab bridge which consists of transverse multiple hollow slabs, and summarizes the changes of reaction force of each bearing and internal force of each single slab and hinge joint after bearing disengaging. The result shows that single bearing disengaging could significantly influence the stress condition of the adjacent bearing, and additionally, and the primarily influenced stress region of single slab and hinge joint focus on the zone nearby bearing disengaging. For the bearing disengaging problem, the paper proposes related treatment measures from design, construction control, operation management, etc.
