双酚A脱水精馏过程的模拟与优化 被引量:4

Simulation and optimization for the process of bisphenol A dehydration rectification

摘要 基于Aspen Plus仿真,研究了一个双酚A脱水精馏塔装置的优化操作问题。采用Rad Frac模块进行全流程模拟,选择UNIQUAC热力学模型,对以苯酚和丙酮为原料生产双酚A的脱水精馏过程进行模拟计算。分析了进料位置和回流比对分离纯度和年总操作费用的影响,在进料位置和回流比同时变化的情况下,利用Matlab寻优,得到了脱水精馏塔的最佳进料位置及回流比。仿真结果显示,优化后的塔顶水质量分数比优化前有了明显提高,年总操作费用大大降低。该优化结果对工业流程设计和生产操作具有指导意义。 Based on Aspen Plus simulation software,this paper focuses on the optimization of the operational conditions of a bisphenol A dehydration column device. The distillation process of bisphenol A,which is produced from phenol and acetone,was simulated by the Rad Frac module,and the UNIQUAC equation was chosen as the thermodynamic model. By analyzing the effects of feed position and reflux ratio on the distillation separation purity and total annual operation cost,under the condition that the feed position and reflux ratio change simultaneously,the optimal feed position and reflux ratio were obtained by Matlab optimization. The simulation results show that the mass fraction of the top tower water is markedly improved and the total annual operation cost is significantly decreased.The optimization results are of significance for the future industrial process design and manufacturing operations.
