浅析某高速公路路基试验段施工

主要阐述了某高速公路路基试验段施工准备、施工方案及施工方法、施工检测、施工总结等内容,在路基填筑过程中重点要做好填料摊铺、含水量控制、碾压、压实度检测等关键工作,通过试验段施工获得了适宜的机械组合和人员组合方式,填方在最佳含水量状态下的松铺厚度、压实系数、碾压遍数及碾压速度等,最终确定出93%、94%及96%区路基填筑施工技术参数,以此指导大面积路基填筑施工。

This paper mainly elaborated some content such as construction preparation to test section,construction plan and construction methods,priority should be given the key work as construction detection,and construction summary and so on for the roadbed of an expressway construction,paving filler,water content control,rolling,degree of compaction test in the course of filling the subgrade,get the suitable mechanical combination and personnel combinations through the construction of the test section,loose laying thickness,compaction coefficient,rolling pass and rolling speed when the earth is filled with the best water content,Finalize the filling roadbed construction technology parameters for 93%、94%、96% area,to guide the construction of large-scale roadbed filling.
