双箱钢—混凝土组合梁受力机理分析与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨双箱钢—混凝土组合梁结构在静载作用下的作用机理及力学性能指标,对2根在不同加载方式下的组合梁试件进行了试验研究。通过测试跨中截面应变、相对滑移、纵向挠度、承载能力等参量来分析试件的荷载~应变曲线、荷载~滑移曲线、荷载~挠度曲线等力学性能指标。采用ANSYS有限元程序中的Solid65单元和Shell181单元来分别模拟组合梁中混凝土翼板和双箱钢梁,采用Combin14单元来模拟栓钉,进行FEM数值模拟分析。通过对比分析表明:其误差保持在16%以内,FEM模拟、挠度计算与试验结果吻合良好。 In order to investigate the action mechanism and mechanical property index of the double-box steel-concrete composite beam under the static load,an experimental study is made on two specimens of composite beams under the various loading modes. Through testing the parameters of the strain in the mid-span section,the relative slip,the deflection along the longitudinal direction and the bearing capacity,the mechanical property indexes,such as the loading-strain curves,loading-slip curves and loading-deflection curves,of the specimens are analyzed. And then,the the elements of Solid65 and Shell181 in the ANSYS finite element program are adopted to simulation both the concrete flange slab and the steel double-box girder of the composite beam respectively,while the Combin14 Element is used to simulate the stud for the FEM simulation. Through the relevant comparative analysis,it is indicated that the error is within a range of 16%,which further demonstrates that the the results from the FEM simulation and the deflection calculation are better coincided with that from the experiment concerned.
