摘要
对制备的中温固化高温使用环氧树脂体系的工艺性能及其碳纤维复合材料力学性能进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明,该树脂具有良好的韧性,其预浸料可与蜂窝直接共固化,夹层结构抗滚筒剥离强度高。其碳纤维复合材料力学性能满足指标要求,并具有较好的耐湿热性能,玻璃化转变温度高,耐热性能较好。
The processing property of a medium-temperature curing high-temperature epoxy resin and the mechanical properties of its carbon fiber reinforced composites were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the toughness of this epoxy is well, and the prepreg can co-cure with the honeycomb directly. The roll peel strength of the sandwich structure is high. The hydrothermal property of the carbon fiber reinforced composites is well, and the mechanical property is satisfied the requirement. The glass-transition temperature of the composites is high, and the heat resistance property is well.
