摘要
利用热重分析(TGA)和示差扫描量热(DSC)分析水性粘结剂LA132和丁苯橡胶(SBR)的热性能。温度过高时,LA132会发生分子间交联,而SBR受热不发生交联。干燥温度对使用LA132的极片的剥离强度影响较大,干燥温度高于100℃时,使用LA132的极片的剥离强度由5.59 N/mm(100℃)降至2.68 N/mm(130℃),以1 C在2.500~0.005 V循环100次,容量保持率由95%(≤100℃)降至90%(130℃)。使用SBR的极片,性能几乎不受干燥温度的影响,剥离强度都维持在3.5 N/mm左右,循环100次的容量保持率保持在95%。
Thermal properties of water binders LA132 and styrene butadiene rubber( SBR) were studied by thermogravimetric analysis( TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter( DSC). LA132 was cross-linked when the temperature increased,but SBR was unaffected by the temperature. When the drying temperature was higher than 100 ℃,the peel strength of electrode using LA132 was reduced from 5. 59 N / mm( 100 ℃) to 2. 68 N / mm( 130 ℃),the capacity retention rate was reduced from 95%( ≤100 ℃) to 90%( 130 ℃) when cycled 100 times in 2. 500 ~ 0. 005 V at 1 C. The performance of electrode using SBR was almost unaffected by drying temperature,its peel strength kept about 3. 5 N / mm,the capacity retention rate for 100 cycles was kept at 95%.
