基于GSM的阴极保护电压表设计

摘要 阴极保护是常用的管道防腐技术,阴极保护电压是该技术的核心参数。本文提出了基于GSM模块数据传输的自动化阴极电压表设计方案。其中以STC15W4K32S4芯片作为MCU,实现电压测量、电路控制;电源采用磷酸铁锂电池,直接供电MCU,LT1370IR升压至5 V供电给GSM模块,太阳能板补充电池电能。无需测量时,电路进入掉电模式,极大程度省电,可广泛应用到沙漠、戈壁、丛林等人际罕至的油气管道线上。 Cathodic protection is the most commonly used method in pipeline corrosion protection technology; cathodic protection voltage is the key parameter of the technology to the cathodic protection voltmeter, GSM module is used for data transmission; STC15W4K32S4 chip is used for voltage measurement, circuit control as MCU; lithium iron phosphate battery is the power, supply for MCU directly, and also for GSM module after the voltage up to 5V through LT1370 IR, solar panels supply the battery. Without measure, circuit will be into power down mode, greatly saving the power, so it could be widely applied to the desert, Gobi, jungle.etc interpersonal rare in oil and gas pipeline line.
