摘要
OTDR即光时域反射仪,可以远程监控光纤设备质量的好坏,本设计通过对铁道通信光纤监测系统的可靠性进行研究,设计实现一种基于OTDR技术的快速高可靠自动检测系统。传统的OTDR系统是基于MCU架构来实现的,难以完成大量实时数据采集,带来的测量误差会累积到测试结果。本设计的数据采集系统采用FPGA做数据处理,可以实现高速实时数据的采集。数据处理采用平均算法。随机噪声被平均后无限趋近于零。
OTDR as well as Optical Time Domain Reflectometry, can implement remoter monitoring of optical fiber equipment.In this paper,Based on the study on the reliability of an optical fiber communications system, an automatically detecting system which is based on OTDR is designed and implemented, the system possess the quick and highly reliable capabilities.Most traditional systems of OTDR are based on the MCU-architected,This is often a hard task to collect a series of data. The error measurement uncertainty impacts the reliability of measurement result. In this paper,The data collecting module used FPGA processor can enhance the system's data-collecting capacity.The data averaging process are applied to this system.Rayleigh noise and random dot-noise are trending to zero.
