摘要
钻井平台远离陆地在深水恶劣环境下作业,受到风、浪、流的影响,会产生横摇、纵摇、橫荡、纵荡等多自由度的运动,所以掌握平台压载系统是否正常运作有其必要性,这就需要对平台上各舱室的液位测量传感器、平台实时的吃水状况、横向与纵向倾角、压载水的重量、压载系统管系的状态等参数进行实时采集传输,并进行逻辑判断与控制。
Drilling platform works in deepwater away from land, the environment is harsh, and be effected by the wind, wave,flow, will engender cross roll, pitch, yaw, surge and other multi degree of freedom of motion, so it is necessary to grasp whether the ballast subsystem works normally or not, which requires real-time acquisition and transmission the parameter of each liquid level measurement sensors, draft conditions, horizontal and vertical angle, ballast water weight, state of ballast system piping, and carries on logical judgment and control.
