科技革命推动了工业革命,"工业4.0"是一种新型生产制造模式的变革。分析了德国"工业4.0"的现状和困境,阐述了对"工业4.0"的再认识。提出实现"工业4.0"四部曲的原则:实现生产制造自动化,降低生产成本,提高产品质量;实现流程管理数字化,降低运行成本,提高工作效率;实现企业管理网络化,提高管理效率,加快研发速度;实现智能制造云端化,共享社会资源,提高服务效率。最后,提出"工业4.0"对于"中国制造2025"战略的指导意义:回归"工业4.0"的本源,驶向智能制造的快车道。

The scientific and technical revolution has promoted the industrial revolution,“Industry 4. 0” is a new transformation of production and manufacturing patterns. The current situation and dilemma of the German “Industrie 4. 0” are analyzed, and the further understanding of the “Industry4. 0” is expounded. The principle of four steps to implement“Industry 4. 0” is indicated:achieving the automation of production and manufacturing, reducing costs of production, improving quality of products, realizing digitization of process management; and reducing costs of operation, improving efficiency of work; as well as implementing the networking of enterprise management, enhancing management efficiency, accelerating the R&D speed;implementing cloud migration of intelligent manufacturing, sharing the social resources and improving efficiency of services. Finally, the guiding significance of “Industry 4” to the strategy of"Made in China 2025" is proposed, that is:Return to the origin of "Industry 4. 0", head towards the fast track of intelligent manufacturing.
