摘要 在石油、石化等具有潜在爆炸性环境的过程行业中,须采取高效的防爆措施,因此,对本质安全栅的研究显得尤为重要。对本安防爆技术、基于Modbus通信协议等作了详细的研究,并给出设计本安产品参数值的计算方法。采用TI公司生产的ADS1247采样芯片和MSP430F149单片机完成产品设计,解决了复合波雷电冲击时仪表输出数值的偏差大以及温漂高于平均值等设计难点。试验结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性、操作性与可靠性。 In the process industries of petroleum, petrochemical and others that are under potentially explosive environment, to take effective measures of explosion-proof, researching intrinsic safety barriers is particularly important. The intrinsic safety explosion-proof technology and the Modbus communication protocol are researched in detail, and the computing method of parameters for designing intrinsically safe products is given. The product design is completed by using ADS1247 sampling chip and MSP430F149 single chip computer from TI, the problem of deviation of instrument output when composite wave lightning shocks occur, and other design difficulties such as temperature drift is greater than the average value are resolved. The experimental results show that the system has good stability, operability and reliability.
