摘要 为了准确、实时地监测煤矿采煤点瓦斯含量,采用锂电池供电的瓦斯传感器对采煤点进行多点监测。一方面考虑到监测点环境恶劣,容易引起监测数据失真,从硬件上进行了温度补偿,从软件上通过肖维涅准则对粗大误差进行处理,保证了测量精度;另一方面为了延长瓦斯无线测控网络的有效生命周期,采用低功耗自适应分层路由协议(LEACH),依据瓦斯含量的变化规律,利用非均匀分簇,由距离基站远的簇首通过双跳通信传送数据。通过试验可知:网络生命有效周期提高了33.3%。 For accurately monitoring the gas content at coal mining points in real time, the lithium battery powered gas sensors are adopted for multi-point gas monitoring. Considering the harsh environment of the coal mining points, the detected data may be distorted, the temperature compensation is conducted in hardware;and the gross error is processed through Chauvenet guideline to ensure the measurement accuracy. In addition, in order to extend the effective lifecycle of the gas sensing wireless network, the low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy ( LEACH) protocol is adopted, the cluster head which is far away from the base station may transmit the data via double hop communication in accordance with the variation of gas content and using non-uniform clustering. The tests verify the effective lifecycle of network increases by 33. 3%.
