摘要
目的观察柿蒂提取物对快速性室性心动过速的抑制作用。方法柿蒂经煮沸提取(柿蒂水提液),并经正丁醇萃取分成正丁醇部分(提取物1)和残余部分(提取物2)。采用氯化钡诱导大鼠快速性心律失常模型,观察上述提取物疗效并与利多卡因进行比较。结果柿蒂水提液对氯化钡诱导的室性心动过速有微弱的抑制作用,持续时间短;其提取物1可显著的抑制快速性室性心动过速,而提取物2则无作用,提取物1起作用与利多卡因大致相当,均能在给药15 min后抑制室性心动过速。结论柿蒂的正丁醇提取物具有明显的抗室性心动过速的作用。
Objective To observe the function of persimmon extracts on inhibition of rapid ventricular tachycardia. Methods Kaki extracted after boiling( water extract of persimmon),and was divided into nbutanol part( extract 1) and residual part( extract 2) through n-butanol extraction. The model of barium chloride inducing rapid arrhythmia in rats was adopted to observe the effect of extract as mention before and to compare with lidocaine. Results The water extract of persimmon had weak inhibition for ventricular tachycardia that were induced by barium chloride and the duration was short. The extract 1 significantly inhibited rapid ventricular tachycardia,and extract 2 had no effect. The function of extract 1 was roughly equivalent with lidocaine,and all of them could inhibit the rapid ventricular tachycardia after giving medicines 15 mins. Conclusions N-butyl alcohol extract of persimmon calyx has obvious function to resist the rapid ventricular tachycardia.
