French Rural Development Policy(2010—2015):objectives,implementation and results

法国是欧盟地区农业经济比重最大的国家,其农村可持续发展关系到法国的社会稳定。法国2010—2015年新一轮农村发展政策旨在发挥农业的多功能性,促进农村地区的可持续发展。本文立足该政策的预定目标,分析了该政策实施的法律保障、具体措施及实施机构。在此基础上,论述了该政策实施的具体效果及给中国带来的启示。

France is the largest country of agricultural economy proportion in the European Union,and its rural sustainable development is related to the social stability of France.The new round of rural development policy(2010—2015)aimed at promoting the sustainable development of rural areas.This paper,based on the policy of the predetermined target,analyzed the policy implementation of the legal protection,specific measures and implementation agencies.On this basis,this paper discussed the specific effect of the policy implementation and the enlightenment to China.
