中国畜产品贸易逆差及影响因素探究

On trade deficit and influence factors of Chinese livestock products

本文分别从贸易总额、市场结构、产品结构等方面分析中国畜产品的进出口情况,特别是畜产品贸易逆差状况。畜产品出口竞争力弱和实施卫生与植物卫生措施(SPS)的滥用是造成中国畜产品贸易逆差的主要影响因素,碳关税的实施也会对中国畜产品贸易产生重大影响。最后从优化畜产品结构、强化质量安全监管、调整出口市场布局、发展跨境电子商务4个方面提出缩小中国畜产品贸易逆差的具体建议。

This paper respectively analyzed total trade,market structure and products structure of Chinese livestock products imports and exports,and especially trade deficit situation.The weakness of export competitiveness and the abuse of SPS measures were the main factors that influenced trade deficit of Chinese livestock products,and carbon tariffs also had a significant impact.Finally this paper gave the following four specific proposals to reduce trade deficit,such as optimizing products structure,strengthening quality and safety supervision,adjusting export market and developing the cross-border e-commerce.
