西宁地区119例老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及相关因素分析

The Situation of Blood Glucose Control and the Related Factors Analysis in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes at Xining Region

目的:分析西宁地区部分老年人群2型糖尿病的控制情况并探讨其相关因素。方法:根据患者是否合并慢性心肺疾病,有无认知功能障碍、日常活动能力如何将患者分为1、2、3组并进行分析。结果:西宁地区的老年2型糖尿病患者整体血糖控制水平不佳,随着合并慢性心肺疾病增多、认知功能和日常活动能力下降,空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平逐步升高,糖代谢指标具有显著性差异。老年患者血糖的控制与糖尿病病程、年龄的相关性不高。结论:老年糖尿病患者应制定个体化的控制目标,达到适度的血糖控制即可。

Objective： To analysis the situation of blood glucose control and the related factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes at Xining region. Method：119 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes at Xining region were selected and divided them into three groups according to whether the patients complicated with other chronic diseases such as cardio - pulmonary disorder, cognitive dysfunction and ability of daily life to analyze the situation of blood glucose control and the related factors. Result： the situation of blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes at Xining area was worse and following the complications such as cardio - pulmonary disorder, cognitive dysfunction were appearing and the ability of daily life decreasing, the fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels gradually increased and glucose metabolism index in trial groups show significant difference. The blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was not so highly related with the course of diabetes and age. Conclusion：Elderly patients with diabetes 2 should be controlled by individualization and to maintain the moderate blood glucose level.
