摘要 在《中医内科学》教学中应用情景教学法,结合辨证论治,是一项有益的教学改革,能缩短基础理论和临床实践的距离,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高创新能力和实践能力,锻炼医患沟通能力,有利于促进临床带教老师素质的提高,从而保证教学质量。本文从引入时机、课前准备、实例设计及体会等方面介绍了辨证论治情景模拟在《中医内科学》实践教学中的应用。 It is a useful teaching reform that application of scene simulation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the practice teaching of internal medicine of TCM, which can shorten the distance between the basic theory and clinical practice, stimu-late students interest in learning, enhance the ability of innovation and practice ability, exercise communication ability between doc-tors and patients, promote the improvement of teacher quality of clinical teaching, so as to ensure teaching quality. This article intro-duced the theory from four points, including the introduction opportunity, the preparation, the example design and the experience and so on.
