三蒲汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎50例

Sanpu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis for 50 Cases

目的探讨自拟三蒲汤辨证加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将100例符合纳入标准的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例;治疗组用自拟三蒲汤辨证加味治疗,对照组予胃复春片治疗;两组疗程均为3个月,观察其临床疗效、病理疗效。结果临床疗效治疗组85.3%,优于对照组61.2%(P<0.01),治疗组胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生有效率分别为82.5%、75.6%、61.2%,优于对照组66.0%、50.0%、38.5%(P<0.01)。结论自拟三蒲汤辨证加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效良好,对胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生及异型增生有一定的逆转作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of s elf-made Sanpu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 100 cases of patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 50 cases. The treatment group modified self-made Sanpu decoction and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The control group was given Weifuchun tablets. The two groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical curative effect and pathological effect were observed. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was 85.3% which was higher than61.2% of the control group（P〈0.01）. The gastric mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia effective rate of the treatment group was 82.5%, 75.6% and 61.2%, respectively, which was better than 66%, 50% and 38.5% of the control group, respectively（P0.01）. Conclusion The modified self-made Sanpu decoction and syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis had better clinical effect, and had a certain role reversal effect on the atrophy of gastric mucosa, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.
