中西医结合防治下肢骨科术后深静脉血栓临床观察

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis after Lower Limb Orthopedic Operation

目的主要是对中西医结合防治下肢骨科术后深静脉血栓临床疗效进行观察分析。方法主要是选取本院2014年11月—2015年11月收治的90例深静脉血栓患者,将其随机分为对照组以及实验组,每组人数45例。其中对照组主要采用低分子肝素+华法林治疗方式,实验组则是采用中西医结合的治疗方式,最终对两组患者在用药后产生的临床症状及疗效进行观察分析。结果实验组以及对照组患者在用药之后,患者病症都得到了有效改善,在实验组中,其中疗效较为明显的为44例,1例患者无效,其总有效率高达97.8%。而对照组则有效的人数则是为40例,其中5例患者无效,总有效率为88.9%。实验组患者在治疗之后,其PT以及APTT的指标相对于对照组具有十分明显的优势,实验组对照组患者比较(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论在患者进行下肢骨科术后,必须要注意对深静脉血栓的预防,要针对患者的不同证型,采取有效的中西医结合方式来进行深静脉血栓的治疗,其疗效较为明显,并且没有不良反应,具有较高的安全性,在临床治疗中值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb orthopedic operation. Methods 90 cases of deep vein thrombosis in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular heparin and warfarin treatment. The experimental group used the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Eventually,the clinical symptoms and the efficacy after treatment were observed and and analyzed. Results The symptoms of the experimental group and the control group patients after treatment had been effectively improved. In the experimental group, 44 cases had significantly therapeutic effect, 1 case was invalid, and the total effective rate was 97.8 %. In the control group, 40 cases were effective, 5 patients were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.9 %. The PT and APTT indicators of the experimental group after treatment were compared with the control group, the experimental group has a very obvious advantage（ P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with lower limb orthopedic surgery, we must pay attention to the prevention of deep vein thrombosis. For patients with different syndromes, we should take therapy of integrated medicine in the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis, and its curative effect is obvious, has no adverse reaction, and has high security.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
