中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Extremity

目的对应用中西医结合方案对患有下肢深静脉血栓的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择我院收治的患有下肢深静脉血栓的患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组42例。采用西医常规干预疗法对对照组患者实施治疗;在西医常规干预基础上,加用桃仁四物汤对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者下肢状态和功能恢复正常时间、下肢深静脉血栓治疗总时间明显短于对照组;下肢深静脉血栓治疗效果明显优于对照组;在治疗期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论应用中西医结合方案对患有下肢深静脉血栓的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. Methods 84 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group, and each group had 42 cases. The control group adopted conventional Western medicine therapy. The treatment group adopted Taohong Siwu ecoction on the basis of the conventional Western medicine intervention. Results The lower limb function and treatment recovery normal time and deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity total treatment time were signifi-cantly shorter than those of the control group. The effect on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis（DVT） of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The adverse reactions during treatment of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity has significantly clinical effect.
