自我效能理论应用于脓疱疮患者健康教育中的效果分析

摘要 目的研究自我效能理论应用于脓疱疮患者健康教育中的效果分析。方法选择2013年12月—2014年2月在沈阳市第七人民医院接受治疗的脓疱疮患者40例为研究对象,并将其随机分为干预组和对照组各20例,2组患者均实施中西医结合治疗,干预组患者在中西医结合治疗的基础上采用自我效能理论进行健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育,比较2种方法的临床应用效果。结果干预后干预组患者健康教育知识的掌握、自我效能以及对护理工作的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自我效能理论对脓疱疮患者进行健康教育能提高患者对疾病知识的掌握、提高自我效能,提高患者满意度。 Objective To study the application effect of self-efficacy theory in health education on pustular sore patients. Methods Choosing 40 cases of patients with pustular sore between December 2013 and February 2013 in Shenyang Seventh People 's Hospital as the research objects, they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, and each group had 20 cases. The two groups of patients were implemented combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. The intervention group adopted self-efficacy theory to improve the health education on the basis of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The control group implemented routine health education. The clinical application effect of the two methods was compared. Results After the intervention, in the intervention group, the knowledge of health education, self-efficacy and the satisfaction of nursing work were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of self-efficacy theory on pustular sore patients' health education can improve the patients ' knowledge of disease, self-efficacy and patients' satisfaction.
