摘要
随着现代社会发展,女性的社会角色转变,推迟生育已成为世界范围内的趋势,由于社会因素及年龄因素导致的卵巢储备功能下降(Diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)越来越成为当今生殖医学研究的热点和难点。西医治疗DOR最常用且有效的方法是激素替代疗法(Hormone replacement therapy,HRT),但是其安全性及有效性始终存在争议。和颜坤泰胶囊具有调节激素水平,改善子宫内膜容受性,提高卵巢储备功能等功效,得到了广泛的应用。现介绍和颜坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢储备功能下降验案1则。
With the development of modern society, the change of the social role of women, it has become a worldwide trend to postpone childbearing. Resulting from the social and age factors, diminished ovarian reserve（DOR） has become anincreasingly difficult problem in today＇s reproductive medicine research. The most commonand effective therapy for DOR treatment in western medicine is the hormone replacement therapy（HRT）, whereas the safety and effectiveness of which is always controversial. Heyan Kuntai capsule has been widely used for improving sex hormone levels, endometrial receptivity and ovarian reserve. Here we introduced a case of the treatment of DOR with Heyan Kuntai capsule.
