摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者癌组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达水平变化情况。方法于2014年9月—2015年9月,在该院收治的乳腺癌患者中,随机选取80例单纯乳腺癌患者和80例2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者进行对比研究,将其分别设置为对照组、观察组。根据80例2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者的淋巴结是否出现转移,将其分为原位癌组和浸润性癌组。对比TGF-β1表达水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的TGF-β1表达水平明显更高(P<0.05)。与原位癌组相比,浸润性癌组的TGF-β1表达水平明显更高(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌患者的癌组织TGF-β1呈高水平表达,TGF-β1参与到2型糖尿病合并乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中。
Objective To study the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer in the organization transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF - beta 1) expression level changes. Methods From September 2014 to September 2015, in our hospital in patients with breast cancer, randomly selected from 80 cases of simple breast cancer patients and 80 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer patients who were comparative study, it is set to the control group and observa-tion group, respectively. According to the 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer lymph node whether any move, it can be divided into carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma group. Compare the TGF - beta 1 ex-pression level. Results Compared with control group, the expression level of TGF - beta 1 in observation group of patients significantly higher (P〈 0.05). Compared with in situ carcinoma group, invasive carcinoma group of TGF - beta 1 expres-sion level significantly higher (P〈0.05). Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer, cancerous tissue TGF - beta 1 is high level expression of TGF - beta 1 to participate in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer in the process.
