初诊糖尿病住院与非住院患者糖尿病的控制及生存质量

Was Hospitalized Patients with Diabetes in the Hospital and the Diabetes Control and the Quality of Life

目的分析初诊糖尿病住院与非住院患者糖尿病的控制及生存质量。方法选取该院2013年12月—2014年12月收治的300例初诊糖尿病住院患者作为观察组,200例初诊非住院患者作为对照组。对比两组患者的血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、生存质量评分。结果观察组患者血糖达标时间较短,低血糖发生率仅为2.00%(6/300),患者的生存质量评分较低,各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于初诊糖尿病患者来说,及时进行住院治疗,不但能够缩短血糖达标时间,降低低血糖发生率,而且还能改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To analysis the first diagnosis of hospitalized patients with diabetes in the hospital and the diabetes control and quality of life. Methods Selected from December 2013 to December 2014 were 300 cases of new diabetes inpa-tients as observation group, 200 cases of first diagnosis of hospitalized patients as control group. Comparison of two groups of patients with blood glucose control is at target time, incidence of hypoglycemia, survival quality score. Results The ob-servation group of patients with blood glucose control is at target time is shorter, incidence of hypoglycemia is only 2.00%（6/300）, the patient＇s quality of life score is low, the indicators are better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the first diagnosis, patients with diabetes in a timely manner to hospital treatment, can not only shorten the time of blood glucose control is at target, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, but also can improve the quality of life of patients.
