摘要
目的探讨益气通阳消痹法治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取该院2012年4月—2015年5月收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组采用益气通阳消痹法进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组糖尿病合并冠心病患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、血清胱抑素C及糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病合并冠心病益气通阳消痹法治疗具有显著的临床效果,可显著的降低血清胱抑素C及糖化血红蛋白水平,值得推荐运用。
Objective To study the yiqi tong Yang bi elimination method of clinical curative effect for the treatment of dia-betic coronary heart disease. Selection Methods From April 2012 to May 2015 treated 90 cases of patients with diabetic coronary heart disease, were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group with conventional western medicine treatment, observation group yiqi tong Yang bi elimination method is used to treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） of fasting blood glucose value, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, serum （inhibition C and glycated hemoglobin level is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving diabetic coronary heart disease （CHD） yiqi tong Yang bi elimination method of treatment has sig-nificant clinical effect, can significantly reduce serum （inhibition of C and glycated hemoglobin levels, to recommend it.
