摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并脑卒中患者实施康复护理的效果。方法将2011年12月—2014年12月医院确诊的糖尿病合并脑卒中患者108例,随机分成对照组54例给予常规护理,观察组54例给予康复护理,比较两组ADL和患者满意度。结果观察组ADL(79.7±6.4)分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度98.1%,对照组患者满意度79.6%(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑卒中患者实施康复护理的效果满意,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke. Methods The 108 cases of December 2011 to 2014 for 12 months in the hospital diagnosed diabetes complicated with cerebral apoplexy patients, were randomly divided into control group （54 cases） was given routine nursing care, while the observation group （54 cases） given rehabilitation nursing, compared two groups of ADL and patient satisfaction. Results The observation group ADL （79.7 ＋ 6.4） compared with the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the observa-tion group of patients satisfaction 98.1%, control group patients satisfaction 79.6% （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of re-habilitation nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke is satisfied, and it is worth using.
