分析品管圈活动对降低糖尿病护理缺陷的作用

Analysis of the Effect of the Quality Control Circle on Reducing the Nursing Defects of Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析品管圈活动对降低糖尿病护理缺陷的作用。方法组建品管圈活动小组,根据品管圈实施步骤来调查糖尿病患者的护理现状,对研究主题进行确认,对糖尿病护理缺陷的原因进行分析,并提出改进的方法、计划和措施,然后认真落到实处。结果品管圈活动实施后,患者的合理饮食、按时用药、规范轮换注射部位、更换胰岛素笔用针头率显著高于品管圈活动实施前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施品管圈活动能让糖尿病护理缺陷有效降低,让品管圈成员发现问题、分析问题的能力有效提升,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective to analysis QC circle activities to reduce the role of diabetes nursing defects. Methods set up QC circle activities group, according to the QCC implementation steps to investigate the status quo of nursing care of patients with diabetes, to study the subject to confirm, on diabetes nursing defect analysis, and put forward improved method, plans and measures, and earnestly implement. Results quality control circle activities implementation, patients with a reasonable diet and medication on time, standard rotation at the injection site, replacing insulin pen needles was significantly higher than that of quality circle activities before the implementation of the tube, difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the implementation of quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the defects of diabetes care, so that the ability to find problems and analyze the problem, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
