炙甘草汤加减联合西药对良性室性早搏患者心电图改善作用

Improvement Effect of Zhi Gancao Decoction Combine with Western Medicine in Treating Benign Premature Ventricular Beat Patient's Electrocardiogram

目的:研究炙甘草汤加减联合西药对室性早搏患者心电图的改善作用。方法选择2014年5月—2015年5月来我院就诊的80例室性早搏患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上联合应用炙甘草汤。观察2组治疗后临床疗效和心电图变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后有效率为90%,显著高于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后T波,ST段及QRS波异常例数显著低于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤加减联合西药对室性早搏疗效显著,能显著减少异常心电图病例数。

Objective： To study the improvement effect of Zhi Gancao decoction combine with Western medicine in treating benign premature ventricular beat patient＇ s electrocardiogram. Methods： 80 cases of premature ventricular con- tractions from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine, combined with the observation group Zhi gancao soup on the basis of western medicine was used in the treatment group. T wave, ST segment and QRS wave abnormalities observed number of cases after treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment and the control group after treatment, the difference was stahsucally significant （P〈0.05）. Results： decoction adjusted combined with Western significant effect on premature ven- tricular contractions, abnormal ECG can significantly reduce the abnormal number of cases.
