加味血府逐瘀汤合并西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combine with Medicine in Treating 60 Cases with Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察加味血府逐瘀汤合并西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭瘀阻心脉证的治疗效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例,采用随机对照方法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组接受加味血府逐瘀汤合并常规西药治疗,对照组仅应用西药治疗,治疗4周后比较2组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%;治疗组治疗后血压、心率、左心室射血分数指标,显著优于对照组;治疗组治疗后ANP指标,显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:加味血府逐瘀汤能提高慢性充血性心力衰竭患者临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combine with medicine in treating congestive heart failure. Methods： 60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treat- ment and control groups, 30 cases each. Treatment group received Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined conventional west- ern medicine. The control group received western medicine. Two groups were compared clinical outcomes after treat- ment for 4 weeks. Results： The response rate was 90.00%, significantly higher than 66.67%. After treatment, blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction index, was significantly better than the control group. ANP index of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Con- clusion： Xuefuzhuyu decoction can improve the clinical outcomes of chronic congestive heart failure patients, to im- prove the quality of life of patients, should be widely applied.
