中医综合疗法治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移临床研究

Clinical Research of Combination Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Advanced Breast Cancer Bone Metastases

目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法:将64例晚期乳腺癌骨转移患者按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组给予中医综合疗法(益肾化痰方、佛手金贴、针灸)加唑来膦酸治疗,对照组单独给予唑来膦酸治疗,观察2组患者骨转移近期疗效、疼痛程度评分、体力状况及生活质量。结果:2组在骨转移近期疗效方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组在疼痛缓解程度、体力活动状况及生活质量改善方面明显优于对照组,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移在减轻疼痛、改善体力状况、提高生存质量方面具有显著优势。

Objective： To study the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect for the treatment of advanced breast cancer bone metastasis. Methods： The 64 cases of advanced breast cancer patients J with bone metastases according to random number table method is divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in treatment group given comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine（ Zishen Huatanfang, Fushou Jintie, Acupuncture ） plus azole phosphonic acid treatment, control group azole to phosphonic acid treatment, observe two groups of patients with bone metastases in the near future curative effect, the degree of pain score, physical condi- tion and quality of life. Results： The two groups in terms of bone metastases in the near future curative effect compari- son difference has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）, the treatment group in the degree of pain relief, physical activity and quality of life improved obviously better than that in control group, compared with the control group were statisti- cally significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of advanced breast cancer bone metastases in alleviating pain, improve physical condition, to significantly improve.the quality of survival advantage.
