复方紫草油Ⅰ号与Ⅱ号治疗婴儿湿疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Zicao Oil Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the Treatment of Infant Eczema

目的:研究复方紫草油Ⅰ号与Ⅱ号根据皮损性质辨证治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效与安全性,并观察治疗后的复发情况。方法:采用随机对照的方法,治疗组中对于皮损表现为红斑丘疹红色较明显,伴有结痂鳞屑的患儿用复方紫草油Ⅰ号治疗,对于皮损表现为淡红斑及淡红丘疹,伴有结痂鳞屑的患儿用复方紫草油Ⅱ号治疗,均为外搽,3次/d,早中晚各1次;对照组用0.1%丁酸氢化可的松软膏外搽,每日早晚各1次,共治疗2周。以改进的湿疹面积及严重度指数评分法(EASI评分法)进行病情评价;对治愈的病例停药1个月后进行随访,以查复发率。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为63.04%,对照组为79.07%,2组疗效差异无统计学意义;对2组治愈病例停药1个月后进行随访,治疗组复发率为25.93%,对照组复发率为41.18%,2组治愈病例停药1个月后复发率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗期间,治疗组所有病例未见明显不良反应,对照组中1例患儿用药9d后面部原皮损处出现皮肤变薄及少许毛细血管扩张。结论:复方紫草油Ⅰ号与Ⅱ号根据皮损性质辨证治疗婴儿湿疹是有效且安全的,对防止本病的复发也有一定的作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Zicao oil Ⅰ and II in the treatment of infant eczema according to the lesion, and to observe the recurrent rate. Methods： Randomized compared trial was used. In the treatment group, compound Zicao oil Ⅰ was used to treat infant patients with obvious red rash with crusted scales, compound Zicao oil Ⅱ was used to treat pale pink erythema and papules with crusted scales, both of them were external used 3 times per day. In the compared group, 0.1% hydrocortisone butyrate ointment was used external twice per day. Improved eczema area and severity index score（EASI scale） was used to evaluate the condition. One month follow-up interview was conducted to the infant patients who were cured, in order to investigate the recurrent rate. Results： After 2 weeks treatment, the total efficient rate in the treatment group was 63.04%; and in the compared group was 79.07%, which meant there was no statistical significant difference between the treatment group and the compared group. After one month follow-up interview to the cure patients, the recurrent rate was 25.93% in the treatment group and 41.18% in the compared group, which meant there was no statistical significant difference between these two groups.During the treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group, but in the compared group there was one infant patient with thinner skin and less vascular vasodilation in the wound place after 9 days treatment. Conclusions： Compound Zicao oil Ⅰ and Ⅱ are effective and safe in the treatment of infant eczema according to the lesion, and play a certain action in preventing its recurrence.
